Our purpose is to provide solutions to your PC-related problems or needs, simply, efficiently and effectively, and at a reasonable price. We’re not connected to any manufacturer or supplier, so any parts, peripherals, or software we supply will be best-of-breed and at the lowest price we can find, charged to you at no profit to us.

Firstly you’ll get a free assessment of your problem or need, either by phone or on-site, and an estimate of what it’s likely to cost. We would try to solve your problem in your own home, at a time convenient to you (including evenings and weekends), but for major tasks, or for a more in-depth diagnosis, it may be necessary to bring your PC to our purpose-built workshop in Piddington, completed in September 2005.

Our basic rate is £60+VAT per hour (minimum 1 hour), but if a job is likely to take more than two hours, we’ll turn it into a fixed-price project so that you’ll know exactly what it’s going to cost, however long it takes to complete. We also provide a number of standard fixed-price services which are detailed on our website.
